I was also involved in company-wide maintenance initiatives across Interfor.I continually strive to lower costs, increase reliability, and optimize mill profitability by constantly finding large and small wins.After the closure of the Hammond Sawmill, I successfully led the decommissioning team to reacquire value from the mill; removing equipment and dismantling electrical systems. This portion of the project was completed without incident and on time.
