I am a school counselor and coordinator for special programs and events at Selma Elementary School in Johnston County Public Schools, where I have been serving for over nine years. I have a master's degree in counselor education and a certification in Capturing Kids Hearts, a program that fosters positive relationships and academic success in schools.My core competencies include identifying and addressing the social, emotional, and academic needs of students, supporting them through the unique challenges presented by their developmental stage, and creating tailored lesson plans for K-5 students.
