My role at Maynard Marks was to manage the national support service function to the Business. Working closely with the Directors and Management Team to ensure internal infrastructure supported the various technical teams, the role requirement included the development of essential framework for the HR, H&S, Facilities and Administration functions of the business. Focus on continued and ongoing improvement of all service functions was required to ensure consistency and cohesion remained throughout the various departments.
