I am a high-performance volleyball coach, former professional athlete, and skill acquisition researcher passionate about helping athletes excel on and off the court. With over a decade of experience coaching athletes from grassroots to Olympians, I specialize in fostering growth, resilience, and performance in high-stakes environments. Currently, I lead the George Brown College Huskies Men's Volleyball Team and serve as a Coordinator of Performance & Health Services at the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario.As a Master of High Performance Sport candidate at UTS, my research explores skill acquisition, decision-making, and expertise in world-class athletes. I’m committed to merging cutting-edge research with practical coaching strategies to create impactful training environments that prioritize both athlete development and team success.
