In the small cross-functioning team of AlticeLabs@UA, I played a pivotal role in some of the team's biggest projects between 2022 and 2024. Was the Lead Product Designer of four projects, all currently in different development stages, and gave input that helped reposition the brand in the current market as well as direct the scope of future projects.

After one year I was promoted to Head Designer of Customer Success where I bridged communication between 10+ enterprise clients (Keller Williams, BBC, etc.) and the development team. Amidst my tasks, I also facilitated several onboarding workshops and documented best practices for optimal platform usage.

I integrated Desygner's Graphic Design team with the intent to design new editable templates (Logos, Social Media, Book Covers, etc.) to feed the platform's available catalog. But after two months I was allocated to a big rebranding project where I worked closely with the creative director to reposition Desygner on the Online Graphic Design Software market.
