By creatively combining proven automation technologies, we invent labor-reducing, modular systems that incorporate robotics, machine vision, deep learning, and adaptive tooling to solve ubiquitous processing challenges.We collaborate with industry leading R&D/engineering firms, automation/integration companies and future-focused food processors to develop & install prototype systems intended to massively reduce the labor requirement necessary for food production. Our first system, the BurgerTender robotic patty loading system, aims to provide labor relief to as many as 250 USDA inspected facilities across the United States; $70MM labor dollars per year. We're focused on 12-18 month ROI, 100+ applications across all food processing segments.

Responsible for the sale of high tech food production and packaging solutions (9 individual OEM's). This role emphasized the sale of complete manufacturing solutions for innovative food products and brands found in national retailers such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco, etc.Principal in returning pet treat production to the United States from China by developing products with industry leading brands such as Big Heart Pet and Hillside Farms.Worked in a project management capacity with outside consultants, vendors, engineering teams and customers to innovate processes for alternative food products (Organic, Sustainable, Non-GMO, Vegan, etc.).

Responsible for developing independent retail sales division for the company.Directed the acquisition and startup of high tech overwrap case ready technology (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) & oversaw the development of 3 key programs for retail sales.Worked with multibillion dollar distributors to introduce new products to midwest markets.Principal in the development of two innovative products for retail (Simple Steps Plate with Sealed Air Corp. and Divided Compartment Tray for RTE with Plastic Ingenuity).

Responsible for Capital Equipment Sales of Food Processing & Packaging Technologies.Key Accounts include Cargill, Nestle, Bridgford Foods, Tyson, Vienna Sausage, Usinger's and Klement's.

Western USA & Canadian Provinces - Capital Equipment Sales, Food Processing Technologies.Responsible for the sale of forming technologies for the production of food products for companies such as McDonald's, Burger King, Yum Brands, and other Fortune 500's such as Tyson, Cargill, Trident Seafoods, West Liberty Foods, etc.
