Kristin Laudenslager is a Director of Marketing and Communications at Cedar Crest College. I led the consulting team working on this project and Kristin managed it on behalf of the University. This could have been an issue, but she went out of her way to communicate with me. She was responsive, engaged and was always proposing solutions.
