Adhesive Technologies Technical Customer Service Automotive & Aerospace- Support to sales area on requirements of automotive customers (OEMs & auto suppliers) and aerospace business.- Identification of new business opportunities to increase the company presence on the market and maintain existing accounts- Visits to customers for technical surveys and identification of alternatives to develop new projects.- Technical Support on claims for product on the production line- Technical Support by phone- Elaboration of Technical Informs / Visit Reports- Customer trainings on product usage.- Trainings to distributors and new people (sales & technical service) on Adhesive Technologies- Participation on new product development, stablishing the Customer needs and application parameters required.- Collaboration on re-certification audits for Aerospace norm (AS 9100)- Revision of locked inventory to usage decision ( Cost reduction due to material sent to scrap)- Use of SAP system on quality, storage, material master modules

Technical Development Laboratory Division: Coatings - Project K2XX PORA-GM Silao; Develop of new formulas on solvent based technologies migrating from water based coatings used in fascia, perform of trials , evaluation of final formula and informs generations, following up to batches production and performance in the customer line, generation of PPAP’s for audit ISO TS 16949.- Project Bell-Bell GM Ramos; Project for the conversion on application system: Gun-Gun to Bell-Bell. Development of experimental matrix to identify adequate application parameters, elaboration of results inform and sending of panels to USA, following up to performance in the customer line and support on trials to solving problems in line. This project optimized the customer process and represented a reduction in costs.- Appearance Improvement GM SLP: Formulation to obtain an improvement on appearance of colors used, trials development and presenting results to technical support area, evaluation on the formula to trial batch; validation of 2 colors with satisfactory results.Other Activities: Use of SAP system on quality, development & production modules. Test for recovering materials out of spec in order to reduce cost related to material sent to scrap. Participation on program High performance teams.
