Curious by nature, Librian, and determined, Laura navigated several paths to get to SER. During her Advertising course, she fell in love with the power of communicating with others through images and words, a love that she took with her through the agencies she worked for in the creation and planning sectors. The latter was discovered during her MBA in Marketing at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and intensified during her work in cultural and event production companies. Besides communication, she loves planning, developing management strategies, and executing projects, whatever their nature may be. But, she loves, with the same intensity, to carry out projects and actions, accomplishing deliveries with a positive impact for society. She recognizes herself as a born producer, thanks to her mother, who used to take her to the sets when she was a child and who, together with her, created Ondina Productions, a film production company in Bahia responsible for movies such as 'The Invisible Collection' and 'The Magnificent Ones'.Since 2014 she has been part of SER where she is dedicated to developing and promoting positive impact initiatives, whether through projects, businesses, or networks, and to provide strategic consultations besides monitoring and evaluation of projects. She is an Alumni member of Global Shapers, a youth network and an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and also divides her time between United People Global - a network that wants to make the world a better place to live - being part of the propulsion team and that reaffirms her purpose of wanting to be the change she wants to see in the world.
