• I led the UX stream on Nike’s first consumer-facing permission centre, a GDPR-compliant hub Nike members can visit to easily control their privacy settings with transparency. I handled the UX stream from research through to prototyping and launch.• I guided multiple experience design projects for EMEA consumers on Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS App, and Nike’s activity apps (NRC, NTC). Notably, I headed user-testing for ‘Stash 3.0’ a new extension to the SNKRS app that challenges consumers to find hidden pairs of sneakers digitally hidden throughout their city.• A proud member and lead facilitator within Nike's EMEA Diversity & Inclusion team. • Key achievements include leading the product design for the Cybersecurity company ‘XM Cyber’. I lead the design team for 15 months moving the product from a proof of concept to commercial success that has raised over $32 million in series A Round funding. XM Cyber also won the Australian Fintech award in 2018. • I charted the research, design and launch of Shoretrade, an industry-first wholesale platform for seafood. During this 13 month project, I devised the user stories, flows, and prototypes across desktop and mobile. • I oversaw the research, design and launch of the national information portal for ‘Australian Hearing’, Australia’s authority on hearing services.

• Spearheaded the research, design, and testing for a job management tool for tradies called 'Telstra Trades Assist'. This consisted of designing and user testing a native mobile app and web platform.• Lead the research, design, and testing for a logistics program for GrainCorp. It was designed to assist in the movement, sampling and storage of grain across Australia. This involved months of fascinating field research and usability-testing in rural Australia. • Planned and executed multiday workshops at the Mitsubishi Financial Group (MUFG) in Tokyo to help their Innovation Lab explore how to incorporate blockchain technology into future customer-centric product offerings.• Created a streamlined clinician booking platform for ‘Primary Health Care’ across mobile and desktop. • Facilitated workshops and crafted wireframes for Service NSW’s mobile app. A key feature was launching self-service vehicle license renewals.

• I ideated, planned, and executed identity and promo campaigns for Foxtel’s Factual brands. This included creating promos for TV and online. I was awarded multiple Promax awards for my work launching the bio. Channel in Australia.
