I directed the conversion of the legacy voter registration system to Azure Cloud for the 2012 election. Built a team for developing net applications and created an Agile development model. I worked on a team to provide Census data to the public using the Windows Azure system. It is used by elected officials and by the public. Data is presented via the web using Silverlight and Bing Maps served from the Windows Azure cloud service. It also is released through CodePlex.com as an open-source effort.
