Responsible for driving the competition’s strategic growth and global impact, focusing on expanding the reach of MECC, enhancing the program’s offerings, and providing students worldwide with valuable opportunities to develop skills in Microsoft Excel and Financial Modeling. Overseeing the planning and execution of major events, including the MECC Finals in Las Vegas, ensuring seamless coordination and an unforgettable experience for participants. Managing MECC’s marketing strategy, social media presence, and content creation to engage and inspire a global community of students and educators. Building and nurturing partnerships with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure continued support and growth of the program.

As a Marketing Manager at MECC, I lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders. I represent MECC on various social media platforms, driving engagement and expanding our online presence. My role includes designing, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns. Additionally, I create and maintain compelling web content. I also develop and execute diverse marketing activities to support the growth of the MECC program. Event planning and coordination are also part of my responsibilities, including organizing in-person finals in Las Vegas.

I have had experience working on packaging projects starting from the strategy and concept creation, packaging idea creation, to design concept creation and execution to print and print process monitoring. In all these steps I am working in close cooperation with client to guide them through all the technical parts of the process as well as making sure that their needs and wishes are entirely satisfied and final result allows to reach their set goals. I have experience in food and beverage, alcohol, food supplement and medical product packaging creation as well as creating marketing materials for these products such as key visuals, product stand designs, online materials, POS materials, catalogues and mockups. My projects have received Red Dot awards, NAPA Baltics awards as well as many other local design awards.

Working in this agency gave me a chance to manage many exciting projects such as Adidas Runners sports club and organise Adidas brand presence in Riga Marathon, organise exhibition stand over 1000m2 for Inter Cars Latvija at Auto EXPO 2018. Create advertising campaigns for Samsung, Danone, Orkla Foods with online, printed materials, videos and influencer marketing . Create marketing materials for concrete technology company Primekss.

While working in a full service advertising agency, I gained experience in project management of different scale for clients such as LEGO, Latvenergo, Elektrum, Osram, Colgate and many more. The projects have been implemented both in Latvia and Europe. My job duties included planning advertising campaigns and activities, working with partners (printing houses, producers, film studios, etc.), project cost, time and resource planning.
