All aspects of sales and business development. I was responsible for new business development, cultivating and maintaining business relationships with accounts while growing the brand. I performed education seminars for my accounts, provided product demos, attended industry trade shows as well as ran booths at consumer shows. I did sales forecasting, set goals and maintained and stayed within a budget structure. I was responsible for creating and selling promotional offers to new and existing accounts as well as marketing strategies to increase brand recognition. This also included public relations through donations to community events, related group events and animal shelters.While with PLB I set up a satellite warehouse to control minimum order requirements for customers outside of the main distribution channel. I handled the order taking, invoicing, accounts receivables, credits, banking, inventory control and delivery for the product coming in and out of this warehouse.
