I've worked in telecommunications for 10+ years. My experience varies between trouble shooting copper pairs, and up selling phone and high speed dsl packages to customers. I have a wide knowledge of sales varying from knowing how to offer products that match my customers needs and knowing how to do hard closes. In every interaction I always assume the sale while having a broad knowledge of my products so that I can overcome any objections. My goals are to join a company with good people who communicate with one another and focus on employee development. I'm a hard worker who would love a job that offers me the opportunity to be able to not only make myself the money I deserve but also the company. I have great customer service skills, and retail experience. If given the opportunity I'll put the tools and skills I have to good use.
