Management Analyst
Current- Compose and deliver weekly Bureau memo to brief 365 staff members on Bureau operations and achievements concerning Commission actions, Bureau enforcement orders, outreach, and consumer redress.
- Develop strategy to archive and track legal compliance and agency priorities to assist with organization and centralization of Bureau information.
- Produce and maintain an Excel quarterly report using legal databases, press releases, and internal documentation to record 370+ cases and monetary judgments and track all of the Bureau’s monetary intake and funds.
- Act as liaison between Director’s office and 19 Agency divisions/offices by communicating weekly with senior leadership and staff to document status updates and resolve requests.
- Monitor and comply with weekly Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests on behalf of the Director’s office.
