Benchmark analysis over the product-process performance and competitiveness for several suppliers, for a family of products.Regular suppliers’ plants visits (worldwide) - in order to see the functioning process and to analyze it.Coordinator of all activities between the Suppliers / Engineering / Purchasing Department;Analysis of all the suppliers’ offers (technically and economically);Technical-economical optimization studies.Final restitutions: internal and individually towards every each supplier.Covering different processes during the studies: roll forming, stamping.
