• Freelance Event Manager offering full event logistic services for both pre-event, virtual and onsite support contracts. Clients have included pharma, telecommunications, retail, legal, banking and hospitality.• Contracts have included but not limited to, account management, proposal and content writing, project management, digital projects, delegate management and onsite support for large scale events and congresses.• Virtual experience includes project managing both live and pre-recorded virtual events as part of a team for up to 15,000 delegates.

• Key account management, responsible for building, developing and maintaining client relationships with all key stakeholders within that account.• Experienced in preparing RFP’s and successful new client implementation.• Maximising revenue generation from allocated account and financial tracking of each event.• Direct Management of a team of 3 Project Managers and 2 Project Executives.• Travel on-site to manage all event requirements and onsite staff for larger and high-profile events

• Event management for the full lifecycle of the project from RFP, venue sourcing and site visits through to the onsite event management. • Primarily focused on Pharmaceutical clients, managing events with delegate numbers ranging from 10-1200.• Responsible for event budgets of up to £1 million, from budget creation to final reconciliation stage including all invoice management and negotiating savings and commissions with suppliers. • Creation of detailed project plans/timelines and management of deadlines across the project team.• All supplier management including budgets and timelines for catering, venue staff, AV, ground agents, flights and transportation.• In depth knowledge of Pharma compliance regulations.• Onsite management of events in UK, Europe, Africa and North America.

• Full event logistics management of events for the College of Policing and external blue light clients.• Budget, delegate and supplier management.• Management of exhibitions linked to the events.• Creation of sponsorship packages and marketing these to external companies.• Experienced with managing the attendance of VIP, ministerial and senior police officers at high profile events.

• Ownership and responsibility of all hotel events from contract stage until the day of the event.• Planning events from small daily meetings to large annual conferences.
