The volunteer position required maintaining a budget for teachers and staff to utilize for field trips, supplies, teacher grants and artist in residence programs. I directly oversaw the fundraising for Capital improvement projects such as a shade structure and new sound system for multi purpose room. Additional responsibilities included organizing non fundraising events, organizing volunteers and working with principal to ensure goals for additional funding are met that are not covered by the school district.

The day to day responsibilities of the position were developed and grew along with the size of the company. Initially, the company was 20 people and at the time I left in 2002 the company was over 50 people in Washington, DC, London, Tel Aviv, and Brazil. Keeping office accounts updated, human resources file managing, invoicing travel and monitoring hourly billing rates were the largest portion of my day to day duties. Project management was also key to the position.

My responsibilities were to manage and keep the Congressman's daily office and committee schedule. Regular correspondence, phone calls, and coordinating district schedule we also part of the position.
