Responsibilities include:• To undertake the strategic development of the Trust's Education Programme including outreach services.• Run education sessions when required. • To respond to all initial education enquiries, process and invoice education bookings and take payment for all education services.• To evaluate, review and ensure high standards of quality control are applied to the Education Programme.• Provide content and manage the Trust's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). •To have responsibility for the recruitment, training and monitoring of the Freelance Educators and Education Volunteers.

Responsibilities include:•Work closely with the Education Officer and other members of the Freelance team to provide high quality sessions for children and young people. •Ensure the learning needs and objectives for each school, college or education institution are met. •Ensure all handling objects and education resources are cared for and maintained to a high standard. •Support other services relating to learning and families within the Trust. •Collect evaluation feedback from teachers.•Participate in marketing and fundraising events.

Responsibilities include:•To provide excellent customer service and greet visitors in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. •Process admission tickets and shop sales.•Answer enquiries from visitors both in-person and over the phone.•Plan and deliver craft activities for families during the school holidays. •Direct visitors around the museum where appropriate. •Assist with the running of the museum’s regular drama performances and talks to schools and members of the general public.

Responsibilities include:• Help the Curator archive important objects and documentation. • Provide general support at museum open days and children’s activities workshops.• Assist with the running of the weekly playgroup session in the museum.
