Project Manager Office Support
CurrentResponsible for organizing meetings, logistics, mailbox management and providing support to project managers for all projects for the DCEXEC Alcatel Lucent account. Accountable for collating KPI’s and ensuring that the customer contract is complied with. Duties: • Organizing and chairing daily and weekly meetings with project managers; analyzing key performance indicators (KPI’s) against set targets and scope. This helped ensure the project was delivered on time and within budget, ensuring additional revenue and rewards were received from the customer.• Liaising with the customer to inform them of any changes to the contractual documents contributing to a complex 5 year project being completed aligning with the customers’ expectations. • Ensured all 25 open projects were managed through PPMC and all Project Managers maintained their schedules in accordance with the programme expectations. This ensures project deadlines were monitored and delays that could jeopardise project closedown identified or avoided.• Maintained spillover log to ensure all projects were monitored and any risks to completion were captured and assessed. Worked with project managers to discuss action plans to minimize the impact to the overall project.
