Adecco holds the contract as Master Vendor for the London Borough of Havering and Newham under the MStar framework. I was based on site at Havering servicing the accounts of roughly 500 temps each, ensuring all temporary assignments are filled and a smooth running of the day to day business. I worked specifically with specialist roles within the council across all sectors including housing, IT, HR, management and many more. I got to know my clients and their needs very well to ensure I found the right person for the job, which was reflected in very high fill ratio's and the reduction of the need for second tier suppliers.
