- Assist with the end to end recruitment for field and office roles, including:- Placing Adverts and shortlisting candidates- Conducting phone screening and interviews- Liaising with the hiring managers to place successful applicants booking pre-employment medicals- Draft and issue employment contracts and employment related letters- Drafting of disciplinary letters- Assist with the onboarding of new employees- Maintain employee files- Update and maintain the accuracy of HR registers- Provide support with HR monthly reports- Assist with organising Company events- Manage employment anniversaries and gifts - Provide general administrative support to the HR and Operations Teams as required- Work force planning
