I provide person-centered care to assist older adults to access community resources and remain living at home. With self-determination in focus, I provide essential services to older adults and adults with disabilities in a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Within 4 months of starting Airbnb, I have 50 bookings and over 40- 5 star reviews. Most importantly, my guests love their Portland stay. I'm a skilled host and give just the right amount of attention to each guest. I manage the guest calendar and communication, turnover the studio in preparation for guests, and make the space sparkle. I communicate with graciousness, efficiency, and clarity and act as a Portland ambassador. Also, I write and respond to guest reviews, trouble shoot reservation changes, and provide amenities, according to guest preferences and needs.
