In this project-based contract position, I reprised my former role for Envolve Pharmacy Solutions and successfully produced the annual formularies for 30+ Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid plans. This included translations and alternate formats of each formulary. In addition, I created a Source of Truth to cross reference the information used to create each formulary version.
