Laura is a warranted Mechanical Engineer graduated from the University of Malta. She later read for her MSc from the University of Malta specializing in Integrated Product Development. Laura is a seasoned Project Manager having managed multiple projects within the manufacturing sector, within multiple industries including the Pharmaceutical, Medical Cannabis, and Automotive Industries, driving Products from conceptualization up to industrialization for multiple high-end customers. She has been involved in multiple business process reengineering/ process transformation projects within organizations, including the construction & mining industry, cosmetic packaging, courier companies, healthcare and IT organizations amongst others.Laura has widened her portfolio , getting involved in international projects working for Automotive Customers, high end OEMs and other Industries, such as Beauty Packaging, Product Lifecyle Management Systems Selection & Training. Laura is also involved in European funded projects currently focusing on Industry 4.0 within SMEs, Virtual Reality Health Implementation project and RISK Management within the Manufacturing Industry focusing on SMEs at large. Laura is Prince 2 Certified and has been deeply involved in Continuous Improvement Initiatives within the Manufacturing Sector driving Operational Excellence.She has recently completed the Energy Auditor Certification and is a Certified PRISM Practitioner.
