Served as member of the Professional Degree Programs Leadership Team, working on strategic initiatives such as the launch of Darden’s Part-Time MBA format. Established more formal EMBA Student Affairs function, creating the team, structure, policies, and processes to deliver a meaningful and consistent student experience and support greater internal efficiency. Partnered with key Darden teams such as Diversity & Inclusion, Admissions, Career Services, Finance, and more to increase coordination and integration across formats. Served as trusted advisor to and advocate for Executive MBA students, providing advising on academic, career, and personal challenges. Provided consulting and strategic leadership to multiple business areas across Marriott International.Drove several post-merger initiatives including the design of a new organizational structure for several functions during major brand integration, execution of HR integration efforts around talent review & staffing, communications, onboarding, and HR data management, and strategic assessments of key consumer-facing programs. Supported teams from evaluation and current state assessment through strategic recommendations and execution.

Provided consulting and strategic leadership to multiple business areas across Marriott International. Engagements included leading team in creation and execution of new internal communications strategy and associated technology needs, managing an employee engagement action plan for large corporate function, helping evaluate and redefine strategy for specific distribution channels, and partnering on several other strategic initiatives, process improvements, and integration efforts.

Led execution of client projects, managing teams of 2-10 associates, collaborating with partners and senior client management, and developing and communicating fact-based and strategic recommendations. Types of projects included: corporate growth strategy, commercial due diligence, market assessment, profitability improvement and turnaround strategy, and more. Managed team of six Marketing Associates, including oversight of goal setting, incentive design, and trainings and presented to and trained hospital executive teams and broader staff of up to 300 attendees at client sites.
