As a long-time Mazda lover, it has been a privilege to have worked at Mazda since 1995, gaining experience across many facets of the business. From experience as an analyst and consumer programmes manager, and progressing across management positions to my current role on the Mazda UK Board as Sales Director. During which time I’ve had the pleasure to work with a host of talented and inspiring people, all of whom have helped me grow, personally and professionally.In the last few years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and implement customer loyalty and renewal strategies, alongside managing the network relationship and delivering month-on-month retail sales performance.I am a firm believer in the need for the automotive industry to change. There needs to be a fundamental shift in how it approaches culture and inclusivity. At Mazda UK, I'm pleased to say that we’re striving to be a brand that’s forward thinking, and in my position on the board I feel a personal responsibility that we continue to do so. Mazda is a place where I’m proud to work, but not stopping here, we’re going to keep pushing for progress.
