• Strong stakeholder management experience, communicating, collaboration and negotiating on a daily basis with both internal key stakeholders (Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial) and external stakeholders including the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Cost Assurance Assessment Service (CAAS).• Deputising for the Project Manager as required.• Creating and overseeing schedule plans to track progress through levels of maturity ensuring compliance to Lifecycle Management (LCM) a network of processes and Phase Reviews at all times.• Monthly FC budget checks, including forecasting for the following years budget spend.• Leading and managing projects within their end to end process. Completion of references, and starters and leavers reports.• Organizing events to support charities including the Howgill Family Centre, Alzheimer’s Society and the North West Air Ambulance.• Managing and leading on open days, workshops and campaigning events relating to resourcing jobs throughout the UK Nuclear sites.• Resource Management experience; managing and reviewing paperwork for ASWs ensuring all documents are correct and completed before submission.• Coordinating the security process for the candidate once the offer (subject to security clearance) has been accepted and liaising with site security team to ensure the timely completion of all security procedures prior to the candidate's the start date.• Responsibility for classified workers ensuring their records and medicals are updated according to legal requirements. Experience of working in a heavily regulated industry.• Editor of the quarterly newsletter and responsible for coordinating and measuring the results of satisfaction surveys.
