Comms specialist with 20+ years' experience working on campaigns for big brands spanning multiple industries, including entertainment, non-profit, fashion & beauty, food & drink, tech and retail. As founder and managing partner at Work & Class, I lead an integrated team of comms professionals from predominantly working class backgrounds, to deliver strategic and creative campaigns for brands and organisations that care about connecting to working class people.
 Around 50% of the UK population is working class, yet only 16% of people in creative careers and 22% of people in marketing identify that way. This creates a disconnect between what brands put out into the world and the audiences they want to engage.
 Work & Class exists to bridge the gap between brands and often-neglected working class audiences, leading to more authentic and impactful work for our clients.
