I am a full time employee at Nourish App, where I live my childhood dream of creating, cooking, photographing recipes and creating content, as well as working with Nutrition clients. I also work as a Personal Trainer, in-person at AllFit Takapuna and online, helping beginners get comfortable in the gym and develop more confidence within themselves. My passion lies in overall physical and mental well-being, with a focus on moving and fuelling the body in a way that is sustainable for long-term health.
