Role reported directly into the managing director, with responsibilities including:• Locating candidates for current assignments through analysis of performance data, as well as internet, source and database research;• Collating background information on candidates for interviews and meetings with prospective clients;• Proofreading written documents;• Calling potential candidates to pitch for assignments and professionals within the industry for background information on candidates and suggestions for assignments;• Maintaining a high level of candidate and client interaction;• Updating database from industry sources, news articles and candidate meetings;• Diary and meeting management, general administration and travel organisation.
