As a purpose-driven leader, I’ve spent over two decades at the forefront of global development, driving innovation across infrastructure, sustainability, and economic growth. My career spans both public and private sectors, where I’ve led over $2 billion in transformative projects in water, energy, and transport, as well as advised the White House on Power Africa. For 14 years, I was part of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a U.S. government agency renowned for its innovative approach to reducing poverty through large-scale infrastructure projects and economic reforms. At MCC, I spearheaded high-impact initiatives across Africa and Latin America, including a $536M infrastructure program in transport and education in Côte d'Ivoire. In addition to my experience in global philanthropy, I’ve managed large FIDC infrastructure contracts, structuring complex financial deals and overseeing significant investment portfolios. This experience has allowed me to bring a strategic, results-oriented approach to both the public and private sectors, beyond traditional grant-making roles.Currently, I lead a strategy consulting practice where I advise global climate philanthropies, the World Bank, and technology-driven initiatives on scaling sustainable solutions and driving inclusive economic growth. I thrive in environments that demand strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to push boundaries with bold, ambitious thinking. My work is grounded in creativity, critical thinking, and a deep commitment to leveraging technology and innovation to tackle global challenges. Whether guiding climate philanthropies to make a lasting impact, managing large-scale FIDC contracts, or leading rhythm of business for a 280-person global team at the Gates Foundation, I’m passionate about creating systems that reduce inequalities, elevate communities, and foster resilient, inclusive growth. If you’re looking for a leader who blends expansive vision with the drive to execute and make a tangible difference, let’s connect.Core Expertise:Strategic Leadership & InnovationMonitoring, Evaluation and Learning Infrastructure Development (Water, Energy, Transport)SustainabilityLarge-Scale Contract & Investment ManagementCross-Functional Team LeadershipPolicy AdvocacyEconomic GrowthMultilingual Communication (Spanish & French)
