Dean R. Wagner, Esq. specializes in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability. My specific duties included confidential file management for last names M-Z, drafting and filing of legal documents and motions, performing proactive reviews of medical records to ensure all injuries were being addressed, as well as more general customer service related work and easing client concerns on the phone, in person and through email. I also corresponded with opposing counsel, physicians, and representatives at the Bureau of Workers' Compensation on a daily basis.

Provided complete office support including confidential file management, preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes, phone support, and general office organization and clerical duties.

My work at this plaintiff firm focused mainly on the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and social security disability. I provided administrative and legal support for two attorneys, including aiding in trial preparation, organizing medical records for purposes of litigation and/or settlement, and general office duties such as transcribing dictation and confidential file management.
