I played a central role in Group Operations, as a member of the Leadership Team I was responsible for the credit relationship with Business Banking, Personal Lending & the Branch Network tasked with Customer, Credit Capability & Change. In this role I liaised with the Head of Customer Operations, Head of Branches ROI, Head of Branches NI, Regional Managers, Retail & Commercial Branch Managers, Head of Credit Capability, Head of Customer Proposition, Head of Small Business & Agri Segment Business Banking, Head of Consumer Credit, Retail Business Controls Manager & Operations Business Control Manager.

I was a key member of Group Payments Risk Team providing independent risk oversight, ensuring effective risk management practices were implemented while providing central support for regulatory relations, policy, governance and reporting during a period of significant change in Group Regulatory Compliance & Operational Risk (GRCOR).

I played a central role as a member of the Group Manufacturing Risk Management Team, providing support for the Risk Partners (Payments, Customer Operations, IT and Credit & Risk) and the Head of Group Manufacturing Risk.

I provided independent risk oversight and business-focused regulatory risk guidance, ensuring effective risk management practices were implemented and provided central support for regulatory relations, policy, governance and reporting in a Risk Partner Role with the Credit & Risk Function.
