Twin Cities Crickets breeds and sells Banded Crickets (Gryllodes Sigillatus) to reptile breeders, zoos, collectors, pet stores, and enthusiasts in the Minnesota area. Local pick-up, delivery and shipping are available for our quality crickets! We absolutely love what we do and the people we work with in the reptile, amphibian, and spider world! We chose to raise the Banded Cricket because of their natural resistance to the diseases that can infect other crickets! Their chirps are quieter, and they have less odor than other types. The Banded Cricket also has less indigestible material such as wings. Only some of the males grow wings and when they do, they are very small (about a centimeter). Our long-term mission is to grow our farm along with North America's growing education (and acceptance) of entomophagy providing a delicious and nutritious food source for humans that has a very small environmental impact, thus helping the planet, people, and animals to thrive.
