Main responsibilities as an Inspector are testing manufactured and bought in components against company and customer specifications, maintaining manufacture test records for traceability, and communicating between Production and Sales to meet customer needs. Recently promoted to Chief Inspector, I am now responsible for managing and overseeing work through the company’s Inspection Department. This includes awareness and basic skills in all areas of testing undertaken by the company, as well as detailed knowledge of many customer specific requirements.
