Recruiting analyst who placed occupational therapists, physical therapists and registered nurses with hospitals and doctors' offices. I made 200-250 dials per day and consistently achieved bonus' 24 out of 27 months of employment. I was recognized with company accolades as top achiever at year's end.

Started as a lead generator making outbound contacts with business owners nationwide for the world's largest advertising and marketing firm. I set appointments for their licensed agents to appraise and list the businesses for sale through NBCS. After only two months, I was promoted to the call center supervisor managing 13 lead generators conducting the same responsibilities. Weekly sales quotas were achieved consistently each week in my new position.

Responsibilities included various administrative duties including scheduling work, reconciliation and adjustments to accounts for quality control purposes between sales, equipment, advertising, and executive purchases for invoice approval. Established client contacts regarding account receivables, collections and monthly billings to ensure prompt payment generating continuing cash flow. Effectively delegated and monitored multiple employees and tasks concurrently. I was noted for organizational skills, employee motivation, and ability to prioritize while meeting deadlines and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities included extensive customer service and client contact, maintained inventory to open jobs in a timely order, processed accounts payables and receivables. Performed bank reconciliations, maintained customer database, spreadsheets, weekly and monthly payroll reports, petty cash and daily bank deposits. Handled incoming customer calls for scheduling installations and service departments for timely customer service.
