I have a very broad knowledge base of how a clinical office runs on a day to day basis.I have over 15 years experience in clinical research, specifically in endocrinology, rheumatology and Alzheimer’s disease. Extensive knowledge of IRB submission, contracting, budgets, recruitment, performing study visits, lab processing and shipping, creating source, and so much more. I maintain my certification through ACRP.I am a dedicated and hard working individual who knows the importance of accuracy, communication, and teamwork. I handle everything from start to finish...contracts, IRB paperwork, informed consents, lab work, and study visit documentation. Our studies cover the endocrine spectrum - growth hormone, thyroid, diabetes, and puberty. I have fielded calls for families regarding blood sugar readings and hypo/hyperglycemic symptoms. I have experience with continuous glucose monitor (CGM) insertions on diabetic patients as well. I have also consistently assisted in our growth department scheduling tests, obtaining insurance benefits and authorizations, and reviewing prescription requests.
