My name is Laura Croft and I am the director of T Colour Communities. T Colour Communities was established in 2021 with the goal of making the process of receiving support more transparent and person centred. T Colour Communities works in a way that involves the participants and their advocates in decision making around their care. We take into consideration how the participant wants to see their care be delivered. We believe this is all apart of the holistic model of care. Working within the NDIS has been a learning curve however it has helped me to realise that I want to be apart of the change and see those living in our communities take back control and live their best life!
