I was in charge of creating online fitness and nutrition plans for beginner to advanced clients. I would also take individual through physical workouts. Some of the fitness programs I would design would be for: every day fitness, weight management, rehabilitation, and sport specific training, such as soccer, bodybuilding, and powerlifting.

I offered administrative help to a busy rehabilitation clinic. In the first three months I inputed patient data into DocMeIn and ChiroPractice. I booked appointments for the RMTs, chiropractors, and physiotherapists, created files for new patients, and filed charts for returning patients. I also sent in insurance claims for Desjardins, SunLife Financial and BlueCross. I was in charge of performing gait scans and sending the results to the chiropractor for analysis. Once the chiropractor assessed the results I would prepare orthotic prescriptions for signage. The next three months the clinic decided to transfer over to a new booking system, Jane. It was my responsibility to transfer all the data from DocMeIn and ChiroPractice to Jane.
