As well as this I am an extremely self-motivated and enthusiastic studio/events manager and administrator with an effectiveness for all types of people management.I am a responsible and adaptable communicator, and have the ability to handle and coordinate diverse groups of people with tactful discipline and a sense of humour. I find ease in customer service combining my abilities to prioritise, anticipate and solve problems with a calm relatable attitude and grace under pressure. Most recently I was the sole warm up act for the Christmas and New Year's Eve recordings for the long standing BBC music programme Top of the Pops. Required to welcome audience, supply health and safety information and general studio environment requirements, but above all keeping the audience entertained. I designed a music programme to be filtered into the studio between takes, and made sure that everyone was having a great experince. Working closely with floor managers and sound technicians within the studio, as well as relaying information from director and producers in the gallery to those on the studio floor and also the talent. Liaising with talent management to ensure the smooth running of the record, and the happiness of their artists. -
