I am a Partner at Irwin Mitchell LLP in Birmingham.I act exclusively for Claimants investigating the care and treatment patients have received from medical practitioners. I run my own varied caseload which includes progressing cases for bereaved families (including inquest representation), patients suffering a delay in diagnosis of cancer, neonatal deaths and serious injury. I have a particular interest in investigating the care provided to Mums during pregnancy, labour and birth of their child and I have been involved in cases which have resulted in significant amounts being awarded as compensation to severely injured clients.
