- Scheduled 40 clients for their ABA services and coordinate schedules across multiple departments - Managed 40 therapist’s daily schedule to effectively accommodate patient flow- Followed up with payments for patient responsibility which led to reducing payments outstanding, increasing cash flow- Handled written and verbal parent communication regarding a variety of issues including scheduling, payments, parent concerns, etc.- Provided feedback and assisted the CEO in developing new policies and procedures for the department to ensure quality of services- Assisted the clinical director with special projects such as: event planning, insurance calls, claims collections, inventory, ordering supplies, etc.

-Planned and implemented new scheduling and billing software, CentralReach, for applied behavior analysis department for over 40 clients and 40 employees- Wrote procedures for CentralReach software for the ABA department- Became the expert and central point of contact for questions regarding CentralReach- Trained entire department on how to use the new system and ensure a smooth transition- Led the ABA department to becoming paperless by creating online forms including, therapy notes,evaluations, and reauthorizations reports

-Provided therapy and collect data for 100 elementary students with speech and language disorders-Prepared creative therapy lesson plans for individuals, small groups and large groups-Assisted in writing Individual Education Plans (IEP) for students, grades kindergarten-fourth, to help accomplish their individual goals-Worked in team with Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, and Special Education Teacher to coordinate care for individuals with multidisciplinary needs-Screened students who may have a language or articulation disorder
