As a Youth Enrichment Director, I manage budgeting operations across three business lines. I hire, train, and manage a team of 40-50 staff with differing schedules; provide optimal customer service and satisfaction; and continue quality control throughout the program. Some of my accomplishments include getting our Before and After School sites Star Rated with Step Up To Quality and maintaining those ratings while also greatly improving on site inspections from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. I found great satisfaction in developing and sharing hands-on techniques to improve upon staff development.

While working at the the City of Stow, I helped develop, manage, and organize community and youth-based programs. I worked with multiple schedules at a time not only for youth-based programs, but also for seasonal and year-round community and adult programming as well. I worked with allotted budgets for their youth programs as well as community based projects.
