My teams objective is to support business change management activities associated with changed/new process capabilities. We also ensure high performance of the Global Supply Planning Run (SAP SNP) in collaboration with IT and Business stakeholders. Responsibilities include:- Own the primary/master data structure that is required to enable a high performance of the global planning run (~300M units per season)- Lead Release Testing coordination for the Global teams ensuring availability of testers and defects are clearly identified- Maintain a close relationship with Market BPM teams (Europe, North America, China & South East Asia) ensuring they are aware of any related process/system changes or any planning anomalies- Support the Business with resolving system-based anomalies in collaboration with IT product and IT/KSR teams- Identify key improvement areas in own and connected processes and submit demand for requested system changes. Manage related User Acceptance Testing and cut over activities.- Manage a team of 3 system/process experts

Responsible for supporting process management and assisting business to understand system issues related to SAP AFS and SAP SNP.- Support the business in the development and tracking of business cases for process and system enhancements / RFC's- Coordinate and assist in the development of documentation, testing and training related to process management activities- Define and establish the overall management strategy and approach to data clean up, maintenance and quality control- Maintain in-season logistics data and support migration activities within the European DC network- Engage and partner with IT and others parties as required.- Manage a team of 3

Department goal is Supply creation providing the best possible On Time Availability and lowest cost (excess supply and stock turn). Responsibilities included:- Purchase the consolidated European sales forecast and order demand creating a feasible supply plan to optimize availability at the DC- Manage purchase orders status, prioritization setting, transportation mode changes and distribution from tier 1 factories and interface with GSP/Sourcing/CSD to optimize supply availability to meet retail intro dates- Execute against the supply plan considering capacity constraints, purchase order management and optimize inventory management for finished goods to control stock turn- Increasing efficiency and accuracy of processes by implementing new purchasing tools (Minimum Top Up Template, Automation Template, Buy List & Minimum Week Buy List).

Department aims to provide an accurate forecast of future demand which maximize the sales opportunity while minimize excess stock risk. Responsibilities included:- Plan the seasonal demand for the assigned categories for the involved Areas at a regional level using SAP APO- Provide and develop various reports and analysis to improve demand planning accuracy- Support European Merchandising in understanding the developments in their categories- Drive and improve the system/data quality

Department aims at maximizing revenue for Qatar Airways. Responsibilities included:- Analyzing and monitoring traffic flows for assigned points of sale (China & Africa)- Influencing system demand to reflect actual market conditions- Ensuring forecast on route level are accurate- Coordinating special events on routes with other market teams / POS and pricing teams by communicating clear strategy and following up- Close cooperation with Sales teams / Stations to assist them in achieving their sales targets / revenue budget- Involvement in Revenue Management projects- Coaching of Junior employees in principles of Revenue Management- Deputising for Team Manager in case of absence
