I am a doctoral student at INP-Ensiacet Toulouse together with Cetim and a Metallurgical Engineer graduated at UFMG.I was a scholar student for a scientific initiation at which I had the opportunity to work with white cast iron and interstitial-free steels. In addition, I acquired varied knowledge related to Tribology.I was a Quality Intern at the Vallourec Soluções Tubulares do Brasil S.A. laboratory where I deepened my knowledge on Metallography, Corrosion, Mechanical Tests, Chemical Tests and even a little bit of machining. Furthermore, it was introduced to many quality and lean tools, reading and interpretation of standards such as ISO, ASTM and NACE.I was a Research and Development Intern at the Vallourec Research Center France, learning about electrochemical tests and the behavior of CRA alloys facing corrosion.Today I’m a PhD student at INP Toulouse developing a thesis with Cetim Nantes about the stress corrosion cracking of stainless steels welded joints.
