• Working closely with the Group CEO to manage all Group level senior executive committees (ExCo, ROC, POC and ESG).• Development, implementation and ongoing management responsibility for the Group business governance framework and accompanying committee terms of reference, group policies and procedures that demonstrates effective oversight for the Group CEO and the global senior Executive Team.• Management responsibility for a gap analysis of the Group governance framework against existing local policies and procedures with Group and Local CROs to ensure alignment of practises and presence of relevant independent challenge across the global business.• Ownership (on behalf of Group Head of Products) to define and implement a Product Governance framework and associated product development and management policies.• Work with Group CEO, Group CRO and Group Chief of Staff to build a robust ESG governance framework to drive ESG compliance and define the global approach to ESG across products, partners and global/local business requirements.• Control and manage the Board reporting data and metrics to the Group CEO and Group Chief of Staff for quarterly Group Board meetings.• Delegation from Group General Counsel to lead, manage and implement various strategic projects including i) creation of a new European distribution entity, ii) internal corporate governance re-structuring, iii) closure/sale of regional sales office(s).
