I'm excited to announce that starting April, I'll be taking on the role of Branding Manager at West HR Association! My goal is to bring a fresh and cool vibe to the HR club, helping to develop and promote a brand that reflects our passion and commitment to the HR community in the Western region.I joined the club about three-quarters of a year ago, and in that time, I've seen how important it is to promote the interesting activities and events we organize for HR professionals. Visit: http://www.honeywell.com/who-we-are/overview/our-company Main Responsibilities:▪ Managing an end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions and Business Units;▪ Acting as a single point of contact for multiple Business Units;▪ Partner with Senior Managing Directors and/or designated Hiring Managers and HR staff to understand recruiting needs and sourcing strategies for the recruitment of senior/mid/jr. level candidates▪ Delivering reports, analysis and collaborate with management and human resource staff to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies;▪ Building and maintaining a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; developing deep knowledge of key competitors and capturing and reporting on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities within the market.• Conducting training and mentoring teammates in recruiting best practices and the use of recruitment tools.
