Birch Trail is a premier girls' overnight camp, with an emphasis on campers cultivating friendships, loving wilderness experiences, and growing as confident leaders. As associate director, my role largely consisted of human resources functions and program management. I hired and managed onboarding of 115 seasonal employees each year, and provided management and supervision of all employees.Additionally, I served as the front line for customer service to our families, seasonal staff, and alumni through email, phone, and in-person correspondence to ensure high levels of satisfaction with the program experience. I also managed all aspects of the program delivery for participants, ensuring high levels of quality.
