Responsibilities:• Ensuring efficient and accurate administration and maintenance of records, files and associated systems (including vendor master records, contract calendar and framework creation). Maintaining appropriate contractual documentation. • Responsible for day to day management of a number of contracts under the EU threshold.• Providing support to Category Managers on contracts over the EU threshold.• Undertaking tender processes for under EU threshold contracts and assisting Category Manager with over EU threshold tenders.• Supplier and market analysis including data collection and preparation (for example analysing suppliers operations to determine factors that affect prices).• Involved in supplier sourcing which includes updating and maintaining the supplier database.• Assisting in contract negotiations.

Responsibilities:• Taking enquiries through the central procurement help desk from suppliers and internal customers • Reviewing orders entered on the e procurement system and checking they comply to corporate governance rules. • Checking on the status of orders within the approval hierarchy • Expediting goods and services• Escalating any issues within the supply chain to the responsible buyer/ category manager• Liaising with internal stakeholders• Approving suppliers and ensuring that they have correct policies and procedures, especially those working on site• Analysis of supplier data and spend
